The NJ REALTORS® new, statewide Standard Real Estate Sales Contract (Form 118) was released last October. Valuable feedback to the form was received and from that a few revisions have been made. These are not major revisions.
PLEASE NOTE: The new forms are now online through zipForm Plus.
The revisions include:
- requested clarifications
- default provisions for date and price (i.e., Certificate of Occupancy Compliance and Termite)
- revised termite paragraph
- new descriptions and language (i.e., POET Systems, Airports)
- three new sections
- three new addenda
We strongly encourage you to view the videos and the sample forms so you can familiarize yourself with them.
